Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

No Return & No Refund Policy

We sell live plant materials and biological products, including but not limited to:

  • Seeds

  • Tubers

  • Live plants

  • Botanical specimens

These products are highly sensitive to:

  • shipping duration

  • customs handling

  • local climate

  • storage conditions

  • germination methods

  • individual growing environments

Because of these factors, we cannot guarantee:

  • germination success

  • growth performance

  • survival after arrival

  • compatibility with local conditions

For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • We do not provide exchanges for delayed, damaged, dormant, failed, or non-germinated items.

Product Condition

Please understand that:

  • Natural variation is normal in seeds and live plants.

  • Product appearance may vary from listing photos.

  • Some species may naturally arrive dormant, leafless, or stressed after shipping.

  • Germination rates and growth results depend on the buyer’s handling and environment.

Customers are expected to have basic knowledge and experience in handling rare tropical species before purchasing.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for shipping delays, customs inspections, import restrictions, weather exposure, mishandling, or transit damage is beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for:

  • understanding their country’s import regulations

  • checking local plant import requirements

  • providing correct shipping information

  • monitoring package tracking and delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • customs confiscation

  • import rejection

  • delayed delivery

  • lost packages caused by incorrect addresses

  • damage caused during transit

  • failed germination or cultivation after arrival

Lost or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • the wrong item, or

  • an incomplete order,

please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos

  • an explanation of the issue

We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
