At Amorphophallus.ID, we specialize in rare tropical plant materials, including seeds, tubers, and live plants. Due to the biological and perishable nature of these products, all sales are final.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any orders that have been processed or shipped.
By purchasing from Amorphophallus.ID, customers acknowledge and accept that:
- seeds and live plants are natural biological products,
- germination and growth results may vary,
- shipping conditions and local environments affect plant performance,
- cultivation success depends on the buyer’s handling and experience.
For these reasons, we cannot guarantee:
- germination success,
- survival after arrival,
- future growth performance,
- compatibility with local climate conditions.
No Return & No Exchange
We do not accept:
- returns,
- exchanges,
- cancellations after shipment,
- refunds for delayed or damaged packages caused during transit,
- refunds for customs confiscation or import rejection.
All products are sold as-is.
Shipping & Customs Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for:
- understanding local import regulations,
- checking customs requirements,
- ensuring plants and seeds are permitted in their country,
- providing accurate shipping information.
Amorphophallus.ID is not responsible for:
- customs delays,
- confiscation,
- import refusal,
- lost packages due to incorrect addresses,
- carrier mishandling,
- environmental damage during shipment.
Natural Variation
Please understand that:
- each seed and plant is unique,
- natural variation in size, shape, color, and condition is normal,
- some species may arrive dormant or stressed after transit.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- an incorrect item, or
- a missing item,
please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide:
- your order number,
- clear photos,
- a description of the issue.
We will review the case and determine an appropriate solution at our discretion.

- accept our no refund and no return policy,
